Salt Lake Storm
I visited Lake Eyre in the South Australian Outback while en route to commence the Canning Stock Route (from Wiluna in Western Australia to Halls Creek in the Northern Territory) some years ago. This natural salt lake, which is the biggest in Australia, stretches about 144km x 77km. It is a natural wonder and beauty, made even more so when storm clouds are passing over. I photographed this shot on Fuji Velvia ISO 50 transparency film.
Each photograph is printed on the Mornington Peninsula, on fine art MOAB matt paper using Giclée printing process for beautiful pure crispy whites and deep luscious colours.
