30 May, 10.30am-12.30pm, How to Create a Photographic Coffee Table Book, Frankston

Have you ever wanted to create your own photographic coffee table book but didn’t know where to begin?

Join award-winning photographer and storyteller Fiona Basile for a practical, interactive workshop drawing on her experience creating Immerse and The Next Wave.

You’ll learn how to build a realistic timeline with achievable deadlines, identify collaborators who can support you, plan your budget, interview and source text, select and sequence photographs, and navigate printing and binding.

Fiona will share real examples, lessons learned, and practical next steps to help you move confidently from idea to finished book.

No publishing experience required — just curiosity and a story you’d love to tell.
