Fiona’s Italian background has ensured a deeply embedded love of, and appreciation for food! Over the years she has photographed for Lindt Chocolate and for a number local restaurants and cafes. Most recently Fiona has been getting creative with Nazzareno Cugliari, chef and owner of Il Forno Restaurant in Hampton, Victoria, to create short cooking videos of her favourite recipes, including:

Food for the Soul celebrates 60 years of Holy Family Mount Waverley. The parish has created this commemorative cookbook,, which brings together an array of recipes, stories and photos from teh past 60 uears. It features parishioners, some of whom have been there since foundation year, and also some of their youngest members who are the hope for the next 60 years.
