FIONA BASILE Photographer & writER

Fiona Basile began her journalism career at the Geelong Advertiser daily newspaper which then sparked her interest in professional photography. For the past eleven years Fiona has been documenting daily happenings through both her photography and writing. An extensive body of Fiona’s travel writing and photography work can be seen in her self-published “The Unlikely Swede” which covers the many adventures experienced during her three years living abroad.

Now based in Australia, Fiona continues her works as a writer and photographer. For the past two months Fiona has been photographing and writing for Kairos Catholic Journal. Check out some of Fiona’s front cover pics and stories here.
