ASIA PACIFIC BREAKTHROUGH: WOMEN FAITH AND DEVELOPMENT SUMMIT TO END GLOBAL POVERTY
Fiona was official photographer at the Asia Pacific Breakthrough Summit held in Melbourne in December last year, which saw women’s organisations, faith communities and development agencies from Australia, Asia and the Pacific gather for the first time to end global poverty for women, their families and communities.
SOCIAL ENTERPRISE WORLD FORUM
Fiona was official photographer for the Social Enterprise World Forum held in Melbourne last year (October). The Social Enterprise World Forum, co-hosted by Social Ventures Australia and Social Traders, aims to support the emerging Australian social enterprise movement, showcase successful enterprises and raise the profile of social enterprise around the world.
It was the first event of this kind in the region and built on the success of the inaugural SEWF, which took place in Scotland in September 2008. The sold out event brought together over 520 delegates and presenters from Australia, New Zealand, Asia, the UK, Europe, South America, Africa and North America.
